People were actually running up and down these stairs that lead down to the waterfront from the Plains of Abraham. No wonder we’re not seeing overweight Québécois.

This is pretty cool. Apparently you can rent these Bixi bicycles In Montreal. Racks of them are at street corners everywhere. We saw many riding them. They are even equipped with lights.
